چکیده

We investigate cylindrical and spherical solitons in electron-ion (EI) plasma that contains hot (cold) electrons with stationary ions. The magneto-hydrodynamic equations are solved the aid of reductive perturbation (RP) technique, leading to modified Korteweg–De Vries (mKdV) equation for non-linear behaviour solitary waves EI plasma. By employing reduced differential transform method (RDTM), an approximate solution mKdV is obtained waves. Phase plane analysis reveals these excitations exhibit periodic oscillations. phase model studied. Ion-Acoustic Wave Radiation from a Point Source in a Streaming Magnetoplasma

We report theoretical and experimental results on the radiation pattern of the ion acoustic waves below the ion cyclotron frequency from a small probe in a streaming magnetoplasma. In the fluid approximation with cold ions the ion acoustic resonance cones are found to be drastically changed. Experimental ray velocities and constant phase surfaces are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
